Registration is now open for the 5th-8th grade ski club! Don't miss out on your chance to register.

Registration will close at midnight on November 28th to allow us time to prepare the final list.

Please read this information carefully to ensure that your child's registration is completed correctly!

FIRST, you will need to register with Boston Mills Brandywine for Slope Days 5-week program ($350.00). You can register using the link below. Our unique group code is BMSP5WED and we ask that as you/your student is registering that they enter this unique group code into the special conditions field.

FOR EPIC PASS HOLDERS:

For those students that have a season pass (Epic Pass) you will register on the St. Paul's site to sign up for bussing ($60.00). You will then contact Boston Mills directly to register for the mandatory lessons. Contact the resort for details (email is the best). Contact Support Here.

SECOND, you need to register your child through the St Paul’s registration and pay for registration/busing ($60.00). You can register through SPS here:

THIRD, print out the attached Release of Liability and Equipment waiver (same form) using the link below. During the registration process on the St. Paul Athletics site, there will be a place to upload the completed form. Or you can send the completed form to the St Paul’s office BY DECEMBER 8th.

Ski Fees for 2025-2026:

$350.00 to BMBW for their fees for students that participate through our school only.

$60.00 to SPS for registration and busing.

TOTAL fees for participating in Ski Club is $410.00. (This is bussing, lessons, rentals & slope pass)

Those who fail to sign up for lessons or skip a lesson will be prevented from attending with the school the following week.

You will also register for equipment here, if needed. Please make sure you still complete the Release of Liability and Equipment Waiver form in the THIRD step above.

More Information on the 2025-26 Ski Club

We are excited to once again offer Ski Club to our St. Paul students. The program is open for 5th thru 8th graders (priority will be given to 6th to 8th grade, but we anticipate that we will have room for interested 5th graders, so please register!). Registration is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis and is capped based on the seating available on the bus.

Please read the information below in its entirety prior to registering your child:

HELMETS are required by SPS to participate. Helmet rentals are NOT included in the fees. The can be rented on your own each week at Boston Mills. However, we recommend that you consider purchasing one on Amazon for a reasonable price. Students that do not wear helmets will be asked to come off of the slopes.

LESSONS are required by SPS to participate. Failure to show up for lessons will prevent the student from participating the following week's ski date.

To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable experience on the slopes, Ski Club members are now required to participate in lessons each week.

If a student chooses not to attend their lesson, they will sit out the following week. They will not be permitted to ride the bus up to Boston Mills during this sit-out week. Refunds will not be given. The exception is for students who earn an official exemption sticker from a Boston Mills Ski Instructor, showing they've demonstrated the necessary skills. Lessons will not be mandated on the last day of ski club, but we still strongly recommend attending.

Lessons run about 45 minutes and are conducted at the beginning of our arrival. They are a great way to build confidence and improve skills! After this, the students are free to enjoy the slopes they fell most comfortable with.

St. Paul's Ski Club will travel to Boston Mills Ski Resort on the following Wednesdays:

January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and February 4th (these are tentative dates and are subject to change).

There will be 5 ski dates total. Our ski fees pay for these 5 days only.

Policies from Boston Mills

Resort Updates:

With the cafeteria being available to all participants, the bars will be off limits to students participating in the club program.

No outside catering – we do not allow food & beverages from outside establishments in our lodge. Individual meals from home will only be permitted for those with dietary restrictions.

We are cashless. Gift cards are available for purchase at the ticket window or over-the-phone during office hours. Participants with season passes can activate Resort Charging (connecting a credit card on account to a pass). Resort charging is not available with lift tickets/club cards. Apple Pay is only available in the cafeteria.

All personal belongings must remain in the lodge’s designated cubbies or kept on the bus. Any belongings left in the dining area/lodge will be taken to the lost and found. Participants are encouraged to come dressed appropriately and ready for the day if they plan on skiing/snowboarding.

NOTE: $60.00 of your Ski Club Fee is the St. Paul Athletic Fee registration which goes directly to assist the transportation to the ski resort. This portion of your fee is non-refundable.

Please print the Release of Liability waver form, complete it, and attach during the St. Paul Registration process or turn it in to the school office by December 1st.

DEADLINE to register is 11:59 PM on Friday, November 28th, 2025 - we must submit roster to BMBW.
