Coaching and Volunteer Requirements

Without our coaches and volunteers at St. Paul's School and Church, our programs would not exist.  We would like to thank all of those who have coached or volunteered in the past and who are interested in volunteering in the future.  Along with our gratitude for your help, we must also ensure that our children are safe while participating in these school sponsored programs and events.

Anyone wishing to volunteer or coach at St. Paul must complete the following:

  1. Virtus training (click here to complete online).  Registration instructions can be downloaded here.
  2. Fingerprints (can be completed for free at the Church Rectory).
  3. Appendix 9 Form - (click here to download).

There are no exceptions to these requirements.  The fingerprinting and training are good for 5 years.

7th/8th Grade Physical Exam Forms

If your child intends on playing 7th or 8th grade school sports, you will need to complete some physical exam forms and return them to your coach or to the school main office.  The paperwork is given to the school nurse. These forms are to be done every year, once a year and are good for one year.

Please review the web pages and complete the attached forms. The forms may also be found at http://ohsaa.org/medicine/physicalexamform.
