Athletics Program Overview

With a commitment to developing the whole individual, the St. Paul Athletic programs promote Catholic values of faith, humility, fairness, charity, and to lead by example.  These values are embedded in our athletic programs where our children learn teamwork, sportsmanship, how to compete, and life lessons.  Our goal is to teach Catholic Values through sports with a focus on good sportsmanship and leadership.  All students are encouraged to participate!

1st and 2nd grade programs are fun while introducing students to a sport.

3rd and 4th grade programs continue development of basic skills while introducing a game environment.

5th and 6th grade programs allows students to be competitive in games while developing athletic abilities and understanding the concepts of teamwork and leadership.

7th and 8th grade programs are our most competitive level.  Our students complete against other Catholic and public middle school teams.  At this level, there is a great deal of focus on individual development in a team environment.  We are teaching more than just athletic skills.  We challenge the individual to grow as a person; to be strong, vocal leaders.  We prepare our students for high school competition.

7th/8th Grade Physical Exam Forms

If your child intends on playing 7th or 8th grade school sports, you will need to complete some physical exam forms and return them to your coach or to the school main office.  The paperwork is given to the school nurse.
